The business and charitable affairs of GOFO Health and Education Inc. shall be ruled by the Board of Directors. The first Board of Directors shall consist of those persons elected by the Founder of the organization, Viviane Trama, and named as the original Board of Directors. They shall hold office until the first Annual Meeting, or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified.

The Executive Committee shall have the authority to address and decide any issue relating to the organization except where these bylaws or resolution of the Board of Directors provide otherwise.
